Pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code section 120-1-10, appointed counsel in Ohio must meet specific training requirements to qualify for state reimbursement. (Learn more about the OAC qualifications.) In order to aid attorneys in complying with the OAC, the Office of the Ohio Public Defender offers periodic seminars and training courses.
