Model Motions for Waiver of the $25.00 Fee

The following model motions can be used to request a waive of the $25.00 application fee in circumstances where the client lacks the financial resources to pay the fee or where payment of the fee would result in an undue hardship. There is a standard format and a short format (patterned after the Motion, Entry and Certification Form), as well as a juvenile court format. It is at each court’s discretion which format is acceptable.
